First, Decide What You Really
Want To Do; Then,
Figure Out What You Really Can Do,
and When You Can Really Do It.

Most people want more recovery and better functioning than they will probably see, at least in the short-term. To avoid setting yourself up for disappointment, work hard to understand the difference between:

If you’re often disappointed, work at setting less ambitious goals and time frames for their accomplishment. You’ll feel much better with a string of successes than with a string of disappointments.
